By accessing or using BoostControl services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
1. Service Usage
BoostControl provides Discord server boosting and related services intended for legitimate Discord community growth and engagement only. By using our services, you agree that you will not:
- Use our services for harassment, scams, fraud, or malicious activity.
- Violate Discord Terms of Service or Discord Community Guidelines.
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with our systems or delivery methods.
All boosts are delivered using real Nitro-enabled Discord accounts through Discord's official boosting mechanisms.
2. Delivery Policy
Boost delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, Discord limitations, maintenance, or technical issues. While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, BoostControl does not guarantee exact delivery times.
Boosts may expire if Discord removes them, if accounts are terminated, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support team. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied for:
- Completed deliveries.
- Customer misuse or incorrect order information.
- Violations of these Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting support first.
Attempting fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from all BoostControl services.
4. Giveaways
Any giveaways hosted, promoted, or associated with BoostControl are entirely managed at the discretion of the staff team. By participating in a giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Giveaway rewards or prizes are not guaranteed.
- The BoostControl staff team reserves the right to choose whether or not to deliver giveaway prizes.
- Staff may modify, cancel, deny, or remove giveaway rewards or participants at any time without prior notice.
- Decisions made by the staff team regarding giveaways are final.
5. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Discord account, payment methods, and any information submitted to BoostControl. We are not responsible for:
- Lost access to Discord accounts.
- Account bans, restrictions, or terminations by Discord.
- Damages resulting from user negligence or unauthorized account access.
6. Abuse & Service Denial
BoostControl reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to services at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Suspicious activity.
- Fraudulent payments.
- Harassment toward staff or community members.
- Violations of these Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
BoostControl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Discord-related actions against your server or account.
- Downtime, interruptions, or failed deliveries caused by third-party services or Discord platform changes.
8. Changes to Terms
BoostControl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
