BoostControl wants every customer to have a smooth experience. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Service.
1. When Refunds May Be Granted
- The order was paid for but could not be delivered due to a confirmed issue on our side.
- A duplicate payment was made in error and the duplicate order has not been delivered.
- An order remained undelivered for an unreasonable period and our team is unable to fulfill it.
2. When Refunds Will Be Denied
- The order has been fully delivered.
- The customer provided incorrect server information, invalid invite links, or misused the service.
- The order failed due to the customer violating the Terms of Service.
- A chargeback or payment dispute was initiated without first contacting support.
- Boosts were lost due to Discord actions, account terminations, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our official support team with your order ID, the Discord server the order was for, and a clear description of the issue. Refund decisions made by the BoostControl team are final.
4. Chargebacks
Attempting fraudulent chargebacks or filing disputes without first contacting support may result in permanent suspension from all BoostControl services.
5. Processing Time
When a refund is approved, it is processed back through the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
